Nestled in the vibrant heart of Los Angeles, Pampas Grill Churrascaria offers an authentic taste of Brazilian churrasco that transports diners straight to the sultry South American grill houses. This Brazilian restaurant excels at showcasing the richness and boldness of traditional BBQ meats, expertly grilled to juicy tenderness and infused with mouthwatering seasoning.
The star of the menu is undoubtedly their Pampas Grill Picanha Sirloin Cap—a prime cut grilled to perfection, boasting a smoky crust that gives way to unexpectedly tender, flavorful meat inside. The Sirloin Cap Garlic Beef, with its irresistible garlicky aroma and succulent texture, keeps customers coming back for more, just as enthusiastic food lover D D raved, “OMG!!! This place was amazing!!! The garlic beef was my favorite!! The sides are really good as well!”
Beyond the meats, the dining experience becomes a journey through classic Brazilian flavors. Signature combination platters like the Sirloin Cap Platter come with garlic rice, black beans, fried plantains, and a fresh green salad, offering a harmonious blend of savory, sweet, and herbal notes on every plate. The Spicy Chicken Platter adds a zesty kick thanks to its citrus and malagueta pepper marinade, perfectly balancing smoky and spicy nuances.
For those who appreciate lighter fare without sacrificing flavor, Pampas Grill’s salads make an excellent option. The Steak Garden Salad is a vibrant mix of fresh greens, hearts of palm, and crisp vegetables, crowned with slices of grilled sirloin cap and paired with an Italian dressing that brightens every bite. Meanwhile, the Chicken Caesar Salad, adorned with tender grilled chicken breast and crispy bacon, delights with its classic, creamy dressing and crunchy croutons.
The restaurant’s atmosphere is welcoming and warm, with attentive staff who genuinely know their craft. As Bill Lin shared, the team not only serves superb cuts but also guides guests through their menu with a helpful hand, enhancing the dining experience by making it approachable and personal.
Adding to the Brazilian authenticity is the beverage selection, featuring the uniquely sweet and refreshing Guarana soda, a beloved soft drink from Brazil, alongside other classics like coconut water and iced teas, ensuring every sip complements the bold flavors of the grilled meats.

If you come to Pampas Grill Churrascaria, make sure you order Top Sirloin, and Sirloin Cap, which will give you the strong Brazilian BBQ flavors while not too much, I'm the way probably the fat will never taste better than the BBQ sirloin Pampas serves. The people working here are all very nice, they can explain the differences between different portions of beef to facilitate your choice of meat.

You pick the food you want, like a buffet, then choose the type of meat on skewers, then you take your tray to the cashier who'll weigh your food before you pay.
Disclaimer: I am not a culinary expert but am experienced in eating. After weeks of planning with friends that have experienced this place, we visited. The menu is pretty straight forward and if there are pictures of the food, you know it will be delicious. Although my friends had visited in the past and described the different cuts of meat, the pictures really do help. This was the only location with a line and it moved fast. This is a buffet style that charges you by the pound. With that in mind, FOCUS on the meat not on the sides, something I did not do . The sides were mid, potato salad, garlic noodles and garlic rice lacked seasoning, I enjoyed the tomato salad, the fried yucca and fried bananas. The only side that was worth it were the cheese balls, there is no cheese pull, the cheese is mixed with the dough. As for the meat, the selection is great, don’t get the chicken its dry FOCUS on the beef. The selection is not overwhelming and again, the pictures really help. The best part is that you can select between rare, medium, and well done. Also, remember, your eyes are bigger than your stomach. Learn from me, all the sides and garlic bread will fill you up before you get a chance to eat all the meat. All in all, the best part was being able to enjoy this with great friends. I would come again. Sides 2/5 Meat 4/5 (the chicken is dry) Service 5/5
Don't be greedy! 3 slices are pretty much enough for most people. Tri-tips were the best in my taste. Sirloin caps were too chewy. Many people ordered garlic beef, and I regret not trying it.
I spot this inside the market, and it was excellent. The setup is cafeteria-style, so you choose your meats, sides, and salads by weight.
